Recently, President Barack Hussein Obama made one of the biggest gaffes of his six month career (except maybe the one about his tour of 57 states during the campaign). BO tried, once again, to distract the American people from his horrible policies and plunging poll numbers by “playing the race card”.

You all know the story by now, Obama accused the Cambridge police of acting "stupidly" in arresting his very smart Harvard Professor friend -- who couldn’t manage to get in his own house. BO also pointed out that there was a "long history" in the U.S. of blacks being singled out disproportionately by police. This is the President of the United States making a snapshot judgment before he had any of the facts or knew anything about the circumstances of the case, and commenting on an issue that should have been left to local law enforcement.

A woman placed the 911 call and did not bring up race even though the dispatcher seems to be leading her there, listen to the call at http://tinyurl.com/l7roac. Lucia Whalen called because she had been aware of recent break-ins in the area and saw “two men” who seemed to be forcing a door open. Whalen eventually found it necessary to make a statement, through an Attorney, correcting "misinformation" that she placed the call because the men on the porch were black. "Contrary to published reports that a 'white woman' called 911 and reported seeing 'two black men' trying to gain entry into Mr. Gates home, the woman, who has olive colored skin and is of Portuguese descent, told the 911 operator that she observed 'two men' at the home." A good thing Obama didn’t know about her involvement when he took on the “stupid” men in blue that actually do something for the citizens of this country.

The great majority of the people in this country do not make assumptions because of a person’s race, gender, creed, etc. I am so exhausted by the “cry racist” rant that has been so overused in recent history - the number may be in the trillions! Everywhere you look in the media now, the story of Professor Gates and President Obama vs. Sgt. Crowley is about “the new chance to finally have a real discussion about race.” Where have these people been for the last 40+ years? I Googled “discussions on race” and got 51,600,000 hits. Do they know about Google?

Are there racists out there? Absolutely, of all persuasions, pigmentation, philosophies,….. and, guess what, there always will be. Stupid people are everlasting, so get over yourself BO and move on!
