It was a dark and snowy night, so I grabbed my illustrated dictionary and curled up by the fire! (carbon footprint be DAMNED!). Hmmmm . . . hypocoristic, hypocoristical, hypocoristically, hypocotyl, hypoctyls, hypocrisies, hypocrisy, hypocrite . . . WOW, look at that full color picture!
Hypocrites ALL? You betcha! There's good old Harry Reid standing next to that "light skinned" black man ... what's his name again? Is Harry racist? You know, I don't know! But the entire "light skinned" remark sure was ignorant! WOW... I just checked out the word ignorant in my illustrated dictionary ... and what do you think I found!?
. . . There he is again! We can argue about whether Harry, or Trent, or even Barack is racist. It's difficult to see the heart of a man. What we can certainly agree on is that Harry has made more than a few ignorant statements (public and private). And can we also agree that we really don't need ignorant men or women in the Senate . . . let alone in Senate leadership!?
I say it's time for a good House (and Senate) cleaning! The 2010 midterm elections are right around the corner. Let's all give what time and money we can to sweep the graft, greed, and hypocrisy out of DC. And here's hoping that November finds us waving a not so fond farewell to Harry and his friends!
