It's Sunday . . .
. . . The tomb is empty, He has risen!

REJOICE and remember . . .

There is no disputing that our land is in desperate need of healing!
So PRAY!
. . . It worked for them!

It's been a little over 24 hours since the President signed into law the government take over of one sixth of the American economy. Call it health care if you must, but trust me, it has NOTHING to do with health. The Democrats all did a happy dance in the East Room of the White House. Joe Biden got SO excited that he lost his usual impeccable self control and the F word fell out of his mouth right on to an open mic!
So that's it! Game over. Forget the product, which amounts to a bureaucratic nightmare that will send us into bankruptcy. Ignore the process which was so full of graft, corruption and arm twisting that it makes Al Capone look like St. Francis of Assisi. They won, we lost ... so sit down and shut up!

. . . Not being a compliant child . . . and being an even less compliant adult, that idea just doesn't appeal to me. Apparently it isn't going over very well with my Tea Party brothers and sisters either. Are we weary from the battle? Yes. Are we bruised and disappointed? Yes. Are we going to go home, sit down, and shut up? HELL NO! Unfortunately, all this talk of repeal and promises of retribution at the ballot box in November annoys, and scares our progressive adversaries. I've seen reports of racism, hate speech, threats, and even broken windows. I've seen little proof, though I can't disprove it either. But not to worry, the main stream media is ON it, just like they were in the case of Kenneth Gladney . . . . . . OH, I forgot, they never really bothered to report on that incident! I'm sure there was a good reason. Maybe he was a *conservative*!
Anyway, I realize that my blog post from yesterday could be seen as violent, and I don't want to frighten any progressives. So I'm toning it down a bit, while still trying to encourage you to soldier on (in a warm and fuzzy way)! Here's your musical motivation for the day:
THERE, now wasn't that *nice*!? Feeling relaxed and calm? . . . So what are you waiting for!? Go find your pitchfork, grab a torch and let's go chase those bastards out of D.C.!

There is more than a little bitter irony in that today Barack Obama signed into law the biggest government power/freedom grab in my lifetime. Our individual freedoms are in serious jeopardy. Listen to the words of Patrick Henry which have today, with the stroke of a pen, been given new meaning. I find them motivating and inspirational. I hope you do too!
